Bought a set of plugs which didn't fit. Bought a different second set which still didn't fit. The website is useless in providing guidance on what to buy. Now I have 2 sets of plugs that don't fit and I can't get information on how to return them for a refund.

Therma-tru didn't provide enough of these plugs when I bought a new door, and when I called them, said it would be 3 weeks for a new package to be shipped. I was eager to get the door painted before hanging it, so purchased these, hoping they would come sooner. I ordered on a Monday and received them Friday! Identical match to the other plugs, and allowed me to move forward with my project.
