Western Reflections Aurora 22 x 36 Glass and Frame

I was nervous ordering something like this online. Between shipping and feeling confident in the quality -- I didn't really know what to expect when the package arrived. Not only was the window beautiful, it was wrapped to ensure a safe arrival, and you can feel the quality (this was about 5 lbs. heavier than our previous window pane). We had a small hiccup with a cracked frame, but the customer service was phenomenal, and they resolved it immediately. (No hoops to jump through or screened phone calls.) If you're on the fence I would absolutely recommend this company.
